This ketogenic recipe (ketodietapp.com) was passed to me by the lovely Truefood Academy in Ireland (www.truefoodacademy.com). Colette of True Food Academy, has been providing us with ongoing support with regards my son’s asthma. As well as being a fermentation expert (that deserves a post of its own!), she is passionate about bringing real food back into family life and this was one of her suggestions for family friendly snacks (we were removing gluten from his diet) and oh my these are good, they never hang around long in our household.

Try these as a snack or topped with guacamole, humus, sundried tomato & feta etc. for lunch.
